At Martial Arts for Life we teach a unique Korean style of Karate called Kong Sudo. Our classes are non-contact and non-competitive. Our members list fitness, self-discipline and self-defence among the many benefits of training with us. |

Children and adults are welcomed into our clubs where the atmosphere makes learning fun for all the family. |

Master Janet McKenna, holds the rank of 5th Dan, Kong Sudo. Master McKenna and her team of instructors are fully insured, First Aid qualified and hold Enhanced CRB certificates.
We are an inclusive club, bringing martial arts to everybody (including the un-coordinated and unfit). We teach the practical application of our beautiful arts for self-defence, alongside the self-discipline to avoid and discourage violence in everyday life. |
