Collingham Memorial Hall
Booking Policy
In light of
Covid 19 Measures
Last Update: 10 April 2021
In light of the latest government announcements about restrictions to opening of facilities in the UK, Collingham Memorial Hall is able to open its facilities where it is safe and legal to do so. This policy sets out what we are doing to protect the safety of our users and what we will need from our users to do the same.
This policy will be reviewed and updated at frequent intervals over the coming weeks and months as government and local authority policy and circumstances evolve.
This policy does not cover any other issues regarding Hall use or maintenance other than those specific measures required in response to the current Covid 19 pandemic.

Booking times may be constrained to ensure there is a fifteen minute gap between one group leaving a room and the next arriving. Users will be asked to adhere strictly to their booking times.
